Update your card, see invoices or cancel

Everything about your plan is in Settings, under Plan & billing. On a wider window you can also get there by clicking the trial or minutes line under your email address in the sidebar.

It shows your plan, when your trial ends or your plan renews, and how many minutes you’ve used, with these buttons:

• Update card to change the card you pay with.
• Invoices for your invoices and payment history.
• Cancel plan (or Cancel trial) to stop your plan from renewing.

Each one opens our secure billing page and brings you back to SayScreen afterwards. The billing page is also where you change your billing email, name and address.

Cancel your plan

1. In Settings, under Plan & billing, click Cancel plan (or Cancel trial).
2. SayScreen tells you what happens next: Your plan stays on until date, with the minutes you have left. After that, your videos, saved sign-ins, cloned voices and everything else you made here are kept for 30 days, then deleted.
3. Click Continue to cancel, then confirm on the billing page.

Your plan keeps working until its end date, minutes included, and you aren’t charged again. A cancelled trial is never charged the $49. Plan & billing then says Ending, with Keep my plan and Invoices.

Cancelling stops future charges. It doesn’t refund the current month.

There’s no way to pause a plan: cancel instead, and start again within 30 days to keep everything.

Changed your mind

Until the end date, click Keep my plan (or Keep my trial) under Plan & billing, then take the cancellation back on the billing page that opens.

If a payment fails

You’ll see Your last payment didn’t go through. at the top of every page, and Payment failed under Plan & billing, with only Update card and Invoices. Your videos stay, and you can still watch, download and make changes that need no new narration, but new videos can’t start.

Click Update card and add a card that works. The payment is tried again straight away, and everything starts again once it goes through.

After your plan ends

Signing in shows Your plan has ended, a list of your videos to download, and Start my plan to start again. The trial is once per account, so the plan starts straight away at $49. Starting again within 30 days keeps everything you made. See How long videos are kept.
